About Daniel
I am a chemical engineering student who was on an accelerated track from 6th grade through 12th grade. I have enjoyed math my whole life, from riding in the shopping cart and calculating the total cost of the groceries to solving problems in chemical engineering involving calculus. I still enjoy solving math problems whenever they pop up in everyday life. I like making math engaging and easy to remember by making it fun as well as using mnemonic devices, which can differ from student to student

I like to adjust teaching styles to best suit the student. My go-to teaching plan is explanation, demonstration, cooperative problem solving with the student, and extra examples. Questions are expected and answered whenever needed. I genuinely enjoy teaching the concepts and breaking them down, providing mnemonic devices, and preparing work focused on the practice the student needs. I have previously taught remedial math to high school and college students as well as concepts in calculus. These lessons can be for someone studying concepts from basic arithmetic to calculus.
