About Rifat
I consider myself an apprentice who always tries to learn new things and makes others learned. It is not an easy task to mentor someone. It needs persistence and hard work. Till now, I am blessed with many teachers in my student life who are not only brilliant in academic teaching but also marvelous at increasing humanity within. This is the utmost reason that inspires me to mentor my fellow ones as my teachers did. I also try to create leading qualities by helping my students in co-curricular activities. Especially in coding and robotics as I am studying CSE. I inspire them to take part in different competitions because I also have experienced it throughout my student life. Participating in competitions and having an experience of club work, a student can learn to present himself or herself as a sensible and responsible person in front of the world. Thus, I try to make my student a better person both in academic life and practical life which is the true purpose of education I believe.

Teacher should be the one who enhances student's ability. A good teacher always tries to make his student confident to face any kind of challenge. In order to do so, I follow a different approach. My first initiative is to complete all the topics of textbook. I try to ensure that my student gets the clear idea of the topic and achieves the ability to use it in real life. Then I try to show them the real world successor. I show them videos to make the topics easier to understand. As they experience real things of their textbooks, it becomes more fun for them to learn. Teaching is a great passion for me. I think a teacher can show the path to achieve the goal and increase the ability of a student to walk on. And that is the motto of my passion.
