About Zoe
I graduated at the top of my class in a college-preparatory high school and have a 4.0 at Emory University, where I am in my third year of my undergraduate studies. I have had several teaching roles throughout my high school and college careers, including the Head Tutor for the mathematics center of Emory and currently serving as Head TA for an Emory class. I enjoy getting to know each student's needs and styles of learning to create a solid pathway for establishing a long-term understanding of the material at hand.

I have a hands-on approach geared toward introductory years in algebra and chemistry, specifically for middle and high school-level classes. I first teach the core concepts for the lesson and then assist the student with practice problems (with the student leading!). After establishing a working relationship with the student, I am available for quick questions over text in addition to extended calls for deeper discussions.
I have taken high school and college-level classes in both algebra and chemistry. I have taken math classes beyond algebra (through Calculus I) and 3 chemistry classes (2 inorganic chem courses and 1 organic course). I have a deep understanding of these courses and enjoy teaching them to young minds.
