About Ghendun
I am from Burnaby BC, and went to university at the University of Victoria for my Bachelor of Education. I have taught in the Surrey Schools for 4 years and am currently teaching in the York Region School District in Ontario. I enjoy working in underserved communities to give them opportunities for meaningful education. My passions are in special education and social justice education.

I create lessons and work that give students opportunities to have practical experience in writing and reading. I try to give diverse perspectives in my lesson planning, using diverse stories and styles to ensure a wide approach for my students. I like to give step-by-step instruction but also allow students the ability to experiment and be independent with their learning.
