About Samantha
Hello, my name is Samantha DeToto, I am a freshman at the University of Toledo, majoring in Electrical Engineering. I have always had a passion for mathematics and love to help others improve their math skills. I am a very patient tutor and am always willing to take things step by step and ensure a clear understanding of concepts.

For lessons I would assess where you are at with your mathematics skills and alter my lesson plans directly to your needs. To start our sessions, I would work through problems with you to see exactly in the problems you are struggling and combat those issues head-on. I find that repetition is key with mathematics and sometimes all we need is someone to guide us through the problems. Whether the guide is explaining why the math works the way it does, or the process to solve the problems. I am more than happy to help those AP Calculus students prepare for their exams, I received a 5 in 2024, so I am still up to date with the criteria on that exam. I teach all grade levels K-12, whether it is our basics in factoring all the way to derivatives. I hope to see you at our lessons!
