About Cerys
I am an economics student who recieved A* in maths, further maths, chemistry and economics. I Have offered informal tutoring sessions to a number of my peers and classmates and raised a GCSE maths grade from a D to a B. I am used to leading people through my volenteering roles with girlguiding where I work with young people from 7 to 16 years old which I enjoyed immensely. I am used to teaching difficult subjects and can change my teaching styles accordingly.

I can give lessons from primary school up to 6th form. I will begin each lesson with an overview of what we are going to cover and ascertain their competance level. I will then talk through any relavant theory before going through an example question with them. After answering any questions they will then be set a question to try themselves after which I will go through it with the student. I am a friendly patient person who is more than willing to spend as long as it takes to ensure full understanding before moving on. I am friendly and encouraging and will spend as much time as necessary on a topic before moving on. I enjoy maths and hope to pass on my enjoyment to everyone I teach.
