I’ve always enjoyed maths, though I remember struggling with some concepts as a child. I know first-hand how a great teacher can make maths easy to understand, and that’s the kind of teacher I strive to be for all my students. Whether you are a visual, kinaesthetic, or auditory learner, I believe maths can be accessible and enjoyable for you. Even if you don’t plan to pursue mathematics or a related subject in the future, maths is a valuable life skill that develops problem-solving abilities far beyond school. I look forward to helping you gain confidence, understanding, and a new appreciation for maths.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s goals and learning style, using clear explanations, step-by-step problem solving, and real-life applications to build confidence and understanding. A typical session lasts one hour, though I also offer 45-minute or 90-minute lessons depending on the student’s needs. I have experience in teaching maths to secondary school students, including those with special educational needs, as well as undergraduate engineering students. I tutor GCSE and A-Level students of all abilities, to prepare for exams, improve grades, or to strengthen core maths skills.
