About Cally
With over 10 years of experience performing professionally across the globe, I bring a wealth of real-world musical knowledge to every lesson. Having played in a wide range of ensembles and venues — from intimate jazz clubs to large international stages — I’m passionate about sharing my love of music with students of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re picking up the saxophone or clarinet for the first time, looking to refine your technique, or eager to explore the world of jazz and big band playing, I’ll tailor each lesson to your goals and interests. My teaching focuses on: Building a strong technical foundation Developing expressive, confident performance skills Understanding jazz harmony and improvisation Preparing for auditions, performances, or graded exams Lessons are friendly, flexible, and designed to inspire creativity and confidence.
