About Rohit
I am a third-year Electrical Student at the University of British Columbia and a Lead Representative of the Engineering Society of UBCO. I am all for helping out students if they are struggling in academics, I want to make sure they leave my session doubt and stress-free. I am passionate about teaching and that's why I like to make sure I direct confidence in my students to help them excel in academics.

The one thing that sets me apart is the way each student comprehends material. Each student learns the best either through verbally, visually, or just by auditory. - If a student understands material better through pictures, I can create diagrams and acronyms for them to help them understand the material. - If a student understands better through talking, I make sure they read a paragraph and summarize what they have understood. I like to create hand movements for them to memorize easier. - If a student understands better through writing, I can give them acronyms or give them questions for them to write, and see what they have learned so far. My lesson plan starts off with an introduction about the material and the objectives and learning points that need to be achieved during the presentation. I give them homework ranging from 30 mins to an hour every alternate day during the week to have them retain information. These lessons are generally for high school, middle school, and elementary school students.
