About Siva
About myself: I obtained my doctoral degree in year 2005 in the research subject Combustion Physics, in Germany. After an year, I carried out advanced research in Belgium. Later, I joined as a research lecturer in Kingston. Currently, I am a senior lecturer, with specialization in Combustion. Throughout, I have been a studious student and have acquired state and all India meritorious ranks in Engineering entrance exams. I am proficient in GCSE and A-level mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
In the current post at Kingston, I teach undergraduate and postgraduate students at all levels i.e. first, second and final year engineering students. My engineering subject expertise is in Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics. I also teach ), Applied Mechanics, Solid Mechanics and Thermofluids, technology mathematics, strength of materials. I have been part of teaching team of a Master's level module, Green Engineering and Energy Efficiency. I each engineering mathematics for all levels.
Every year I have consistently obtained very good student feedback for my teaching.
I will help weaker students with plenty of examples, I believe is a key to success.
Currently, I am doing an Effective Online Course Design, at Oxford University, and Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education at UCCIreland.
