About Manya

Hello! I’m Manya, a passionate and patient Math tutor dedicated to making learning both simple and enjoyable. I scored 91% in Grade 10 and 96.4% in Grade 12, and have also prepared for competitive entrance exams, which strengthened my problem-solving and analytical skills. I teach Mathematics to students from Grades 1–8, specializing in Algebra, Arithmetic, and Geometry. My classes are concept-based, interactive, and student-centered, helping students truly understand each topic rather than just memorize formulas. I believe that with the right guidance, every student can enjoy math and feel confident solving problems. My goal is to make each lesson engaging, supportive, and tailored to individual learning needs.

About the lesson

My Teaching Approach

As a concept-based and student-centered Math tutor, I focus on building a strong foundation by helping students truly understand why concepts work, not just how to apply them. I make learning math interactive, logical, and fun — encouraging curiosity and confidence in every lesson.

Teaching Techniques & Methods

I use a step-by-step, interactive teaching method that blends clear explanations with engaging activities. My approach includes:

Simplifying complex ideas using real-life examples

Visual aids, stories, and games for younger learners

Regular concept checks and practice exercises

Encouraging students to explain their thought process to strengthen understanding

Every lesson is adapted to each student’s pace, ensuring that no one feels rushed or left behind.

Class Structure

A typical 60-minute class includes:

Warm-up (5–10 mins): Quick recap or mental math challenge

Concept Discussion (15–20 mins): Step-by-step explanation with examples

Practice & Application (20–25 mins): Guided exercises and problem-solving

Review & Feedback (5 mins): Doubt clearing and key takeaways

What Makes My Classes Unique

Concept-based learning focused on understanding, not memorization

Interactive and supportive environment

Personalized pace and clear feedback

Fun, engaging activities that make math enjoyable

Strong academic background (91% in Grade 10 and 96.4% in Grade 12)

Experience with entrance exam preparation and structured study methods

Who My Classes Are For

My classes are designed for students from Grades 1 to 8 who want to:

Strengthen their basics in Arithmetic, Algebra, and Geometry

Develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills

Build confidence and enjoy learning mathematics
