1. Teaching Method and Techniques:
• I focus on a hands-on approach where students actively engage with multiple problem sets. This includes progressively challenging problems to ensure students understand each concept deeply.
• I incorporate drills to build proficiency and confidence, especially in key math topics. This practice strengthens skills and helps students retain information over time.
• Test reviews are a core part of my method, where I guide students through typical test questions, highlighting problem-solving strategies and time management tips. I LOVE study guides before tests.
2. Typical Lesson Plan:
• Warm-up: Review previously covered concepts/HW to reinforce learning.
• Core Lesson: Introduce a new topic, explain the theory, and solve an example together.
• Hands-on Practice: Multiple problem sets that gradually increase in difficulty, encouraging independent thinking with guided support.
• Drills: Focused practice on areas where the student needs reinforcement.
• Test Review: Practice problems simulating test conditions, followed by a recap to clarify any doubts.
