Have completed my medical education, hence I have better knowledge and understanding of Human Anatomy , Physiology and Pathology and also their application to our day-to-day life along with Yogic perspective.
The classes will be personalized as taken online. The good dietary habits will also be incultated.
Yoga can be practiced simply to increase Immunity and Development or to deal with Specific problems such as Anxiety, Obesity, Diabetes, Respiratory disorders,etc.
Also Classes for pregnant women will be taken.
The level of teaching can increase from beginners to Advanced Asanas depending upon Individuals ability.
