About Jamie
I've taught guitar for years to children and adults. I have also taught many styles of guitar and welcome everyone who wants to learn how to play this wonderful instrument. I have played and studied guitar and music in general for over 20 years. I have a vast experience of playing different styles, and I now specialise in Jazz guitar.
I have recently wrote and recorded a Jazz guitar instruction book which will be published this year. I was asked to write the music for this by guitar maestro martin taylor M.B.E.

I can teach anything from very basic chord playing and working this into usable songs you want to learn to play straight through to Jazz improvisation. I also teach basic through to advanced music theory and how to read and write music to understand music from a more wholesome perspective which will really help you make leaps and bounds.
