About Keerthana
Hi! I'm Keerthana, a college student at the University of Oregon with four years of tutoring experience. I've worked with students of different ages and learning styles, helping them with math, English, homework, and test preparation. Through my experience as a tutor, I've learned how important it is to be patient, encouraging, and flexible with each student's needs.
I enjoy helping students understand concepts that may seem difficult at first and seeing their confidence grow as they improve. I strive to create a comfortable environment where students feel supported, can ask questions freely, and learn at their own pace. I'm excited to help students reach their goals and develop skills they can use both inside and outside the classroom!

As a college student with four years of tutoring experience, I help students build confidence in math and English while developing strong study habits. I have worked with middle and high school students, providing homework help, test preparation, and personalized lessons based on each student's needs.
My teaching approach is patient, supportive, and hands-on. I break down difficult concepts into simple steps, use examples students can relate to, and encourage them to ask questions and work through problems independently. A typical lesson starts by reviewing previous material, identifying areas of difficulty, and practicing new concepts together before moving to independent work.
I also have experience tutoring multiple students and helping train other tutors. My goal is not just to help students improve their grades, but to make learning less stressful and help them become more confident, independent learners.
