About Jaspher Ray
Hello! I am a friendly and approachable Civil Engineering graduate with several years of tutoring experience. I understand that every student learns differently because I also started from zero in mathematics during my elementary years. With the help of a dedicated tutor, I gradually improved my skills and gained confidence in the subject. That experience inspired me to become a tutor and help others the same way I was helped. My goal is to provide patient, personalized, and encouraging lessons that make learning easier, build confidence, and help students reach their academic goals.

My approach begins by assessing each student's current knowledge, strengths, and areas for improvement. Based on this, I create a personalized lesson plan tailored to their learning pace and goals. As a Civil Engineering graduate with years of tutoring experience, I use clear explanations and practical problem-solving techniques to make mathematics easier to understand.
I teach students from elementary to high school, including young learners, and have successfully handled children as young as five years old. One of my most memorable experiences was tutoring a Grade 12 student who was at risk of failing Statistics. She was referred to me by a schoolmate because only one grading period remained, and her honor roll eligibility depended on passing the subject. In just one session, I explained the entire quarter's lessons in a clear and organized way. She successfully passed the subject, and both she and her family expressed their gratitude. This experience reflects my ability to teach efficiently, adapt to students' needs, and deliver meaningful results even under time constraints.
