About Nevadha

My name is Nevadha and I am an undergraduate university student studying chemistry and mathematics with over four years of tutoring experience. I've loved math and science my whole life, and it's my goal to help you love it too! I know that it can be scary starting sessions with a new tutor, which is why I prioritize being friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic to inspire confidence and trust in your abilities. My goal is to build rapport with you as my student so that you are comfortable enough to come to me with any questions or worries you may have. I aim to make tutoring sessions as productive and engaging as possible. I look forward to meeting you and assisting you with your academic journey!

About the lesson

If you’re in high school and you need help in math (functions, advanced functions, calculus, data management) or science (biology, chemistry, physics), you’re in the right place! I help you learn by going over course content at a pace that matches your learning and offering homework help to help you understand challenging questions. I will take your academic background into account to meet you where you're at and am more than happy to help you fill in any gaps in your learning. Depending on where you’re at on your academic journey, I can focus more on theory or on practical applications to ensure you understand content inside and outside of the classroom. I believe that education should be fun and engaging - I’ll encourage you to ask questions and find novel ways to solve problems. I'm here to help you believe in yourself and thrive!
