As a newbie to yoga, it was a difficult start for me. Eva was incredibly patient and helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Her calm demeanor and smile helped me tremendously in adjusting to the rhythm of practicing yoga multiple times a week. She also possesses a vast knowledge of the body and its functionality, so she is able to pinpoint specific exercises to heal ailments I had been carrying around with me for years. Cannot recommend Eva enough!
