I am a Certified Pranic healer and yoga instructor since last 10 years and I can say I started very late .AllI know is if children learn the technique of mindfulness, time management , easy yoga postures and breath work early in their life, they can do wonders.

This class incorporates simple yoga postures and techniques like , super brain yoga , gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent short meditations , and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.
I also encourage my students to practice the various virtues like forgiveness, self love , moderation etc by telling them the logic how these virtues will make them a happier person ahead in life
