About Ashima
I'm a yogi with 25 years of personal practice. I teach traditional asana, pranayama and scriptural philosophy. I take ayurvedic consults and am a healer-chakra, nadis. My background is in Architecture and UX design- I've worked with amazing people and my yoga teaching journey started with meditations for stressed professionals.

I have a background in Architecture and UX. I moved into the wellness space in 2020. I understand how stressful it is to work a corporate job, I've sat in meetings all day and felt burnout. My current clients are some men mostly women in PM roles. They love my transformative meditations.
