Customized sessions: I would develop different approaches for any age
that are designed to fulfill the needs of individual students.
Experience Tutoring: I would develop and teach customized classes to
students who could not be served by the regular school format.
This includes technical strategies for different types of
learners (ADD,ADHD,GIFTED). We believe that with enough time and
the right kind of instruction, all students can learn . We as
tutors can help students discover their individual learning
styles so that they can more effectively learn from their
teacher. In some cases after a few weeks of intense work a
student is able to more effectively learn from their classroom
teacher and is ready to work on their own again.
My goal : To improve identified areas of need and to
plant the seeds of independent study by building knowledge,
confidence, and resourcefulness in our students.
