About Chloe
Hi, I'm Chloe, a recently qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor based in London. Alongside teaching Pilates, I'm a long-distance runner and regularly practise reformer Pilates, Megaformer and barre.
My passion for Pilates comes from experiencing its benefits first-hand, from building strength and improving mobility to preventing injuries and moving with more confidence. I aim to create supportive, enjoyable classes that help clients feel stronger, healthier and more connected to their bodies.

My Pilates lessons are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and move with greater confidence. Whether you're completely new to Pilates or looking to progress your practice, I tailor each session to your individual goals and experience level.
Having recently completed my Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification, I focus on proper alignment, technique, breathwork and creating a supportive, motivating environment.
Lessons are suitable for beginners and intermediate clients and can be adapted to different fitness levels. My aim is for every client to leave feeling stronger, more confident and more connected to their body.
