About Abigail
I am a former professional dancer and ballet teacher. I earned my degree at UCT. I gained most of my experience in dance while I was traveling. My career has evolved and I am in the marketing industry in the endurance race/fitness industry. I am an avid runner and fitness enthusiast and work in marketing but still enjoy teaching fitness classes. I teach barre and mat classes.

About My Pilates Classes My Pilates sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and move with confidence. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, I tailor each class to your needs by focusing on core stability, posture, and mindful movement. We will use light weights and resistance bands to build lean strong muscles. My approach blends technique with a supportive, personalized touch, ensuring you feel stronger and more aligned after every session. Let’s move together!
