About Cason

I am a second-year Ph.D. Student, at the University of Arizona, studying Cancer Biology. Before graduate school, I completed a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Centenary College of Louisiana and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University. During my undergraduate career, I was a private tutor teaching mathematics and science; ranging from the 2nd grade of elementary school to the 2nd year of college.

About the lesson

Lessons are concept-oriented and these concepts pave the way for accurate completion of the course assignments. To ensure comprehensive understanding of concepts, I follow the E.D.G.E. (Explain, Demonstrate, Guide, Enable) tutoring method. Accordingly, we will work together to clarify the big picture of how these concepts can help us to the answers. After some practice, students will be left with the confidence needed to tackle any similar question.
