About Melissa
I study medicine at the University of Cambridge. I really enjoy my degree and I am aware of how complex the medicine entrance process is hence I would like to guide others through this.
I started tutoring when I was 14. I worked at a local study centre teaching students from the age of three to a similar age to me in English and Maths. I really enjoyed it and realised at a young age I had a passion for teaching others. Over the years, my confidence has grown and I have taught many successful students in a range of subjects.

My lessons are tailored to the needs of each individual student. Therefore, even if I am covering the same content for two students-the lesson will not be exactly the same for any two students. We will always start a lesson with a quick check-in and address any questions/concerns. We will then cover that lessons content and where applicable work on practice questions together to check key knowledge. I urge all my students to ask as many questions as possible so they can get the most out of our time together. I always end a lesson with a quick check-in and allow for any final questions/concerns to be addressed.
