About Aiyman
Hey there! My name is Aiyman and I am excited to work with you to achieve your academic goals.
I graduated with a First Class Honours BSc. Psychology this past year and am currently working towards my masters degree in Counseling Psychology. My university journey began in Biomedical Science (3/5 years). While completing my courses I successfully maintained an overall 4.0 GPA before discovering my passion for psychology and transferring majors. I maintained my academic achievement, ending with first class honours. I have a passion for learning and have refined the skills to help support your development across academic contexts.
By drawing upon core knowledge from my courses and applying strategies I have applied to myself and other students, I am certain that I will be able to provide the guidance necessary to enable your understanding of any concepts.

My lessons all focus on understanding the underlying root concepts and building to bigger ideas from that base. Whether it is hard sciences or social sciences, I strive to find ways to make the integral concepts personally relevant. Doing so, in my experience, facilitates enhanced retention that enables subsequent problem solving or application of complex ideas.
A typical lesson plan involves a brief discussion and break down of relevant concepts. From there, we will work our way through an easy and challenging problem. As we walk through the problem, we will discuss where the related concepts are incorporated. Finally, we will always end with a Q&A and conversation about how these concepts can be viewed as analogous to personal or global constructs.
Lessons can be tailored for any learners between Grade 5 and 4th year university, in biology, chemistry, mathematics, statistics, psychology, sociology or philosophy.
