About Chris

With over four years of experience tutoring physics, chemistry, and mathematics, I specialize in helping students from K–12 through college excel in challenging STEM subjects. My approach blends clarity, structure, and encouragement, ensuring students not only master difficult concepts but also build confidence and problem-solving skills that last beyond the classroom. I customize each lesson to meet the learner’s needs—whether it’s strengthening algebra foundations, preparing for calculus exams, or exploring advanced physics topics. Being bilingual in English and Spanish also allows me to connect effectively with a wider range of students and families. My goal is to empower students to succeed academically while fostering a genuine interest in learning.

About the lesson

Every lesson is designed to be engaging, accessible, and tailored to the student’s learning style. I focus on breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable steps, so students can make steady progress and retain knowledge over the long term. Lessons can include reviewing homework, preparing for tests, reinforcing core skills, or tackling new concepts ahead of class. I prioritize a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning from them. With a strong STEM background and years of proven teaching experience, I aim to equip each student with the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to reach their goals.
