About Tanveer

Currently, I am pursuing a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine because I am interested in holistic health wellness. I received my Bachelor of Science in integrated science from UBC in 2022. As an integrated science student I took courses related to human biology, nutrition, exercise science and neurology. In high school I received multiple awards in both Math and Science alongside being an active participant in sports and extra-curricular activities, such as tutoring.

I look forward helping you on your learning journey!

About the lesson

- Each student is unique so I first like to see what methods they are currently using or have tried in the past.

- I teach using strategies such as active recall, spaced repetition, note-taking, flowcharts, practice problems and much more.

- My secret to success is patience and compassion. All students can achieve success with the right support!

-I have experience working with:
- Grade 8 - 12 students for Science and Math related subjects
- 1st year University students pursuing a Science degree
