About Katie
I am a registered yoga instructor (200hr) as of 2022, a certified Antigravity aerial yoga instructor as of 2019, and have held the practice of yoga very near to my heart for over 10 years now. My mission as a guide is to unite community under shared intention and love for stilling the mind while moving the body.

Methods personalized to suit each students individual needs! Yoga styles includes but not limited to hatha, bikram, kundalini, yin, vinyasa, restorative flow - using floor, or aerial hammock. Environment is intentional and cleared of stagnant energies to hold a safe space for students using aromatherapy, sound healing, mantras, and the power of healing crystals. Group or individual lessons welcomed!
