About Natasha
I live & teach in Cumbria, I teach group & 1-2-1 classes in various venues & locations.
I love teaching yoga outdoors especially on the fell/mountain tops.
Yoga is my passion, I feel sharing yoga with other people is my calling, teaching yoga is my career but it never feels like work.

I mainly teach vinyasa flow in my group classes.
1-2-1 classes I use a mixture of all styles of yoga & meditation techniques tailored to each individual.
Yoga therapy is great for anyone with specific areas they wish to look at, mentally and/or physically.
