My classes help nurture body, mind and soul. I want to teach to help spread yoga, personally, inviting the practice into my life made changes I will be grateful for forever, so I just want to carry this message forth and help others in the same way. In 1-1 classes, you can quickly see improvements in agility, flexibility, strength, physical and mental intuition and growing self-awareness

With 3 years' worth of teaching experience, both private and group classes, in the UK and places across the globe, I am dedicated to sharing yoga and sticking to the roots of the true philosophy behind it. With training from Bali and India, my classes are traditional in preserving the foundations, integrating pranayama and meditation into my practices, and adjustments and alignment being key. I am an Ashtanga practitioner, and my Hatha classes are slow and strong.
