About Alex
Graduated with Honors from College of the Holy Cross, where I tutored undergraduate students in physics, and worked as a teaching assistant in their thermodynamics course. I’ve been tutoring since being a member of the National Honor Society in high school, where I helped students in AP Physics (1, 2, and C), algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, and calculus. I love to help students master troubling material and take great satisfaction in doing so.

I believe the best way to learn is by seeing examples, then trying problems on your own and asking questions when you’re not sure of the next step. In my lessons we’ll discuss specific topics that are troubling you, then I will do examples until you’re ready to try some problems yourself. Then I’ll help you work through the problems until you can solve them without assistance.
