About Aman
Hello, I'm Aman.
I am passionate about athletic development and helping young students build the physical foundations needed for lifelong success in sports and physical activity. My focus is not on training students for a single sport, but on developing well-rounded athletes through structured training in strength, agility, endurance, mobility, and movement quality.
I have designed the "Building the Baseline Athlete" program with the belief that every student should have the opportunity to develop athletic confidence and physical capability from an early age. Through progressive, age-appropriate training, I aim to help students move better, perform better, and enjoy sports without physical limitations.
My approach emphasizes discipline, consistency, safety, and measurable improvement. Every session is designed to be engaging, challenging, and suitable for the student's stage of development. Whether a student wants to pursue sports competitively or simply become fitter and more active, my goal is to provide a strong athletic foundation that benefits them for years to come.
I am committed to creating a positive learning environment where students can grow physically, build confidence, and develop healthy habits that extend beyond sports.

My approach focuses on developing strong athletic foundations rather than training students for a single sport. Through a structured programme, I help students improve strength, agility, endurance, mobility, and overall movement quality, enabling them to participate confidently in any sport.
Classes are conducted in a progressive manner, with students grouped according to their age and physical development level. Each session combines athletic skill development, conditioning, and movement training while ensuring safety and engagement.
What makes my programme unique is its focus on long-term athletic development. Instead of short-term fitness goals, the programme aims to build physically capable, injury-resistant, and adaptable students through consistent, measurable progress.
The programme is designed primarily for school students aged 10–16 and can be implemented through 2–4 sessions per week, each lasting 45–60 minutes, either as a pilot programme or as part of a school's long-term sports development initiative.
