About Arshpreet
I started practising yoga in school. Later kept my practice as a hobby. As I grew, I learned the importance and impact of yoga through learning it under guidance of my uncle who is also a professional yoga instructor in China. I later decided to pursue it professionally and went for my yoga 200hr YTT in Rishikesh aka Yoga Capital of the World. since then I have been learning about ayurveda and traditional yoga practice.
