With over 6 years of experience in bodybuilding and fitness, I don’t just coach — I relate. I started my journey at 135 kg, and I know exactly what it feels like to struggle, start over, and push through both physical and mental barriers. Through years of trial, discipline, and consistency, I transformed my body — and now I help others do the same. My training style is rooted in real experience, not just theory.
