My teaching methodology will includs pranayama, warmup exercises, surya namaskara, breathing yoga exercises, proper life style managemet, power yoga and advanced yoga.
I will myself perform the advanced yoga aasanas and show it to learners how to perfect with respect to competitions. I will also ensure the learners become perfect in basics of yoga and to improvise advanced level aasanas with ease , practise and dedication making sure to become a pro in everything a learner has learnt..
My aim is to teach what I have learnt in the best possible way and expect learners to do the same
