I'm Ram Prasad Pokhrel ,There are lot of things about me one of i.e. I'm Working as Yoga Instructor at Pokhrel Yog Vatika Under Guidance of My Father also experienced at massage therapy I had a deep interest in this field and maintained myself without allopathic medicine from a long. Beside this I'm doing my masters of engineering (ECE) from CU.

I basically aims to see each person as a whole and to create a safe and healing space within, allowing the opportunity for self-healing. By removing obstacles like stress, your body can focus on functions like , tissue repair, digestion, and elimination of toxins. My teaching style focuses on breathing and deepening body awareness.
