About Davina

I am a yoga, meditation teacher/ massage therapist and have sat the vipassana. For the last few years I have meditated and now I sit for an hour each day and use different techniques. Meditation has changed my life and I believe everyone should do it.

About the lesson

Depending on what you need I can teach you different breath teqniques, styles to see which suites you best using affirmations, mantras or if you would like to concentrate on a paticular theme or chakra I can personalise your own meditation.
