About Mireylle
I am a certified meditation and yoga teacher, and I continuously deepen my knowledge through different practices and teachings. I have been practising meditation since I was 18 years old, and for the past 10 years I have been sharing it professionally with others.
My experience allows me to adapt each session to the individual, whether you are completely new to meditation or already have an established practice.

My meditation method is a deeply personalised experience combining guided meditation, sound, vibration, singing bowls and mantras with ancestral Andean and Peruvian shamanic traditions from my cultural heritage. Each session is adapted to your needs and intentions, whether you are looking for relaxation, emotional balance, support during grief or heartbreak, greater concentration, stress relief or a deeper practice.
I work in Spanish or English.
