At Yogkalaa yoga sessions, seekers will be receive authentic sharing which gives you very serene experience. Any level of practitioner can be join and explore the journey towards knowing yourself.
This one hour session involves;
2 minutes of introduction
5 minute of guided awareness instructions
35 minute of ancient yog asanas practice with the understanding of breathing.
10 minutes madi shudhi method( pranayama)
7 minute shavasana and closing.
