About Anandana

I am Anandana a passionate Yogini. I have embarked on this journey to help and support others realise their true connection with themselves. The truth of being one with self is something that intrigues me and I am on this path and happy to be.
Feel free to touch base with me to learn the true essence of our presence.

I am Chartered Accountant by profession. I have worked with banks and financial institute's in UK and in India. I have had my own business venture in manufacturing in India. I have worked at various levels in organisations but mental and physical well being was my calling and this is what gave me a purpose in life. Doing something better for the world is what I was looking for. Yoga is the thing for me.

I have had private and group classes and they have been happy with the results on their life and lifestyle created with my presence.

About the lesson

My teaching is based on what my student likes and his comfort level. Understanding the need is the most important thing.
I am proficient in Hath, Vinyasa, Asthanga yoga. Meditation in yoga is of importance and I work on this in every class.
