I have been teaching yoga for about 6 years to small groups of clients out in the community and on a 1:1 basis within client's homes. In addition I also work within special schools to deliver bespoke yoga sessions that encourage communication, coordination, self regulation and inner calm to students with Special Educational Needs SEN

Each lesson is designed to meet the needs of the individual client. They are aimed at building up core strength and coordination whilst also establishing an inner calm. Each session ends with a worthwhile relaxation, leaving you feeling rejuvinated and peaceful.
