About Kelsey

I have been teaching in general for about five years. I started out teaching dance and now teach yoga. I have been teaching yoga for about a year. I have a B.A. in dance and I am a 200 hr certified yoga instructor.

I combine the knowledge of the body I have gained from dance and yoga to explore the best way to practice yoga. I ensure that my environment is welcoming and that anyone feels confident in my class. I constantly tell my students that it is important for them to listen to their own bodies and take on poses to the best of their ability.
