I'm Anvita Kadam (YogaTrainer)
I've 2yrs of experience in above field.
Why I started doing Yoga?
Suddenly I gain weight, and wanted to loss it but don't know how to and what to join. Whether to join gym or yoga class.
So, finally I decided to join yoga class.As I've joined it my interest for yoga gets increased and I wanted to learn more, as my body was little flexible too..So, while doing asana It become more flexible and my mind, soul has also become more relax and stress free. I felt some changes in my body and in my nature too.It gives me more positivity and Yes, I loss weight.
So, it gaves me more happiness and joy. As I wanted to learn more about yoga, so I started doing Teacher Training course from a very wellknown institute. And now I'm a Yoga Trainer as I love to guide people, talk to them about there health problems, guide them for good things, help them for weightloss. Also to help pregnant women for there pregnancy trauma, guide them for pregnancy, give them proper knowledge.
