I am a Yoga Alliance certified RYT Hatha and Vinyasa as well as RCYT (Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher). Additional certificates include Principles in Ayurvedic Philosophy. Restorative Yoga, Holistic Ayurvedic massage & Reflexology certified (India- Brahman yoga school). My academic education includes a BA in Human Development and an MA in Education
