About Michelle
My journey with yoga began in 2017. In November 2019 I did the first 200h Yoga Teacher Training and Self Development course (mixed yoga styles; mainly Vinyasa, Chakra Yoga and Yin Yoga) in Thailand on Koh Phangan; in February 2020, I completed the 300h Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training course (Yoga with a Tantric approach according to the Mayan philosophy; mainly Hatha Yoga, Vraja Yoga, Yoga Nidra) in Colombia. I am also authorized to practice and teach Reiki (Master Level). Before yoga, I trained track and field, long-distance and cross-country running for 9 years. Currently, I run my iodine-meditation stays - Journey into the depths of myself. I graduated from New York and London with the title of Masters in Global Media and Transnational Communications. Communication with people on various levels is natural for me. I want to share with people what resurrected my life and breathed love, and inspire me to openness of heart, purity of mind, healthy body and presence in the absolute of life, regardless of circumstances, because life is always and everywhere a miracle that we cannot see so often, unfortunately ...

I invite you to the Journey into Myself, where a combination of different paths, the bark will lead you to your full potential of existence, to become aware of your true nature. I propose a personalized approach and unique tools to individual and group travelers during my classes. I offer trips to Gląb Siebie: 5-day and 8-day individual and group yoga classes and meditation sessions, Reiki energy balancing sessions, shamanic concerts, i.e. bathing in the sounds of crystal bears and support on the spiritual path to discover the deeper layers of Universal Consciousness. All my classes (and the more active and more static ones) are combined with meditation in motion or still.
