About Sharvani
I am an Architect by profession. However, I realised the importance of physical, mental and emotional well-being as I faced a lot of challenges while I was working. This led me explore the available learning opportunities for the same. I took up a 10 months long PG Diploma course in Yoga education from an 100 year old institute- Kaiwalyadhama, Lonavala. My journey in yoga started from here and destiny chose me to continue to teach and learn more about yoga till date. I wish to share this ancient wisdom of Yoga with each and everyone which will bring an immense change in the quality of life, physical and physiological wellbeing as well as help one to discover the inner peace and divine powers one possesses.

My classes are designed to balance all the aspects of wellbeing. They include structured flow of yogasanas, pranayama and relaxation. I also design restorative yoga sessions and meditation sessions twice a month or as per the requirement for stress management. This will act as tool for you to overcome stress, anxiety and other emotional challenges. With consistent practice you will notice changes in the physical, physiological, mental and emotional states of being.
