About Saurabh
completed a Yoga Teacher Diploma in 2014. I represented North Maharashtra University in the All India Inter University Championship in 2015. I worked as a Yoga Coach under the Gujarat Yoga Board in 2021 and completed the National Yogasana Training Program under Yogasana Bharat in 2022. I have over 9 years of experience. My expertise is in guiding traditional, artistic, rhythmic, and group performances. I have conducted programs in places such as Jalgaon, Valsad, Anand, and Ahmedabad.

Firstly, we counsel each person and, based on the discussion, categorize them into different strata (same category). We then create a specific syllabus for practice. Each person's progress is observed, and their health data is recorded. Our goal is to work on both physical and mental strength, which helps to improve their quality of life.
