About Suraj
I am a yoga instructor and fitness trainer with 10 years experience. I am a RYS certified yoga trainer and certified fitness trainer. I Put up from rishikesh the yoga capital of world. Through yoga a person know his/her body and mind better and yoga is the best way to maintain your physical health.
