I am a qualified government yoga instructor. I worked with Doordarshan (karein yoga rahein nirog). I am specialized in weight loss, stress management, cure diseases like pcod,PCOS,thyroid, diabetes etc.
Yoga nidra, dhyana,naad yoga, meditation all are my schedule.
Am here to help you in leading a healthy and more calm life.
Yoga is all about healing and the journey begins from here. I started my journey from healing to this stage where am helping peoplein their healing journey.
